SELF-MONITORING

California Hair Design Academy’s Policy for Self-Monitoring considers and complies with CCR § 71760 with the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) (https://www.bppe.ca.gov/).

California Hair Design Academy is committed to fostering the academic achievement and personal development of its students.  To carry out this commitment, the institution continuously gathers information about the effectiveness of its academic programs, the progress of students toward educational and personal goals, and the achievements and perspectives of alumni.  This information is used to monitor program effectiveness, to recognize educational trends and opportunities, and to develop a sound, factual basis for academic planning.  Each graduate student is expected to participate in the school’s assessment efforts via the exit interview that is performed by the school with the graduate. Academic programs use various assessment methods.  Student participation in these activities may be a completion requirement for their program.

It shall be the policy of California Hair Design Academy to comply with all applicable standards, regulations, rules and laws promulgated by local, state, and federal regulators. To ensure this compliance, on an ongoing basis, a subscription to BPPE email notification is set to [email protected] to ensure that California Hair Design Academy is current to the BPPE regulation, news and updates. Notification of changes, updates and relevant information are then sent to all appropriate administrative staff. California Hair Design Academy’s academic, admissions and general administrative staff also attend BPPE workshops on a regular basis. Updates regarding BPPE information, standards and regulations, including annual report and school performance fact sheets are regularly shared and discussed during the annual staff meeting.

California Hair Design Academy posts School Performance Fact Sheets and Annual Reports as required by BPPE as they become available annually.
