| Valid California Barber License (required) 2+ years of professional experience preferred (new grads welcome with strong skills) Strong fading, blending, and styling techniques Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to maintain a clean, professional workspace Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Driven to build clientele and grow with a new shop Positive attitude and passion for the craft |
